Check-in

The check-in to the lodging will be between 17:00 h and 19:00 h.

Anomalies and deficiencies

If you detect some anomaly or deficiency in your lodging, it must be communicated in the course of the first hour to guarantee its repair or substitution in the same day.

If the technical service is required we will not be able to guarantee its solution this day.

Check-out

The check-out is obligatorily at 10:00 AM, the personnel of the company will do a revision of lodging.

It will have to be free of sweepings, foods, etc… No charges will be applied if at Checkout all is in order.

Maximum number of occupants

If the capacity of the lodging exceed the established in the booking,it will produce the immediate expulsion without right to reserve devolution.

Pets

As long as it has been contracted this supplement and taking responsibility of the possible flaws, the repair would be on charge of the contractor.

If it causes some type of discomfort for the rest of community it could be reason for cancellation of the stay.

Supplements

All the supplements will have to be contracted in advance of your arrival.

Norms of coexistence

The lodgings integrated in a neighbor community, will be governed by their regulation terms or communitarian statutes.

The contractor and all the companions commit themselves to respect the rest of their neighbors, being fully prohibited to exceed 24:00 h.

Cancellation Policy

5% of the payment and signal for cancellations with more than 30 days of advance.

50% of the payment and signal for cancellations superiors to 7 days.

100% of the payment and signal for cancellations inferiors to 7 days.
